Let the Chops Cook about  5 min each side, check to make sure they are not getting done too fast, according to the size of Chop is how long it takes. Mine are med. so I go 4 to 5 min each side. No pink juices then its done.

Remove Chops and add Mushrooms to pan and Saute for a minute or 2. Then Plate and Enjoy.

Now, the reason I used the shortcut on the Spinach was just that, if your crunched for time then have these in your freezer if not, Creamed Low Carb spinach from scratch is the way to go.

20150716_160403         20150716_160547

NOW Lets get our Dough ready!

Pre-Heat oven to 400 degree.

Grab your Shredded Mozzarella and place it in a Microwave safe mixing bowl.

20150716_161757

20150716_162314

20150716_163315

Loosen your Crust with a Spatula when nice and loose ….FLIP OVER! Yes you heard me, FLIP!

20150716_164732

Wow! Doesn’t that look good! Now lets Top!

20150716_164157  (Mushrooms,roma tomatoes,green pepper, pepperoni and mozzarella).

This is what I am adding for my Toppings, but you can choose what you like, just make sure you let tomatoes sit on towel for a bit before topping or they will get juice on your pizza. I don’t recommend salt to get out moister because it may make your pie too salty with all the spices we added, but your choice 🙂

NOW TOP!

20150716_165415           20150716_165455

20150716_165521            20150716_165539
